Spicy Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds

These super seeds will boost your levels of magnesium, zinc, omega-3, vitamin E, potassium and iron.
Preparation time: 5 mins plus soaking and dehydrating time
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
1 cup of sunflower seeds and 1 cup pumpkin seeds soaked overnight
1/4 cup tamari
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
Method:
Mix ingredients in a bowl
Dehydrate at 115 deg Fahrenheit or 46.11 deg Celsius overnight, or in a low oven
Store in an airtight container and serve as a nibble or sprinkle over a salad
