Orange and rhubarb compliment each other perfectly and are full of vitamin C.

Fresh tasting summer smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • Flesh of one orange

  • 1 stick of rhubarb

  • 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup filtered or spring water

  • few drop of liquid stevia to taste
