Bok Choy & Mushroom Salad

Very refreshing salad for summer.

A delightful combination of interesting flavours.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves: 4 good sized portions, 6 small

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup bok choy, finely sliced

  • 1cup mushrooms, finely sliced

  • 1/2 red pepper, julienne on a mandolin or grated

  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tbsp tamari or Braggs Aminos

Method:

  • Combine the ingredients in a bowl

  • Mix well and season to taste
