Bok Choy & Mushroom Salad
Very refreshing salad for summer.
A delightful combination of interesting flavours.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: 4 good sized portions, 6 small
Ingredients:
3 cup bok choy, finely sliced
1cup mushrooms, finely sliced
1/2 red pepper, julienne on a mandolin or grated
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp tamari or Braggs Aminos
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl
Mix well and season to taste
