Master Tonic

Take this when you are feeling poorly or as a preventative measure.

Boost our immune system and digestive juices with this great tasting elixir.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves: Approx. one month’s supply3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre organic apple cider vinegar (unpasteurised) or kombucha tea for a softer taste

  • 1/4 cup chopped garlic

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 chilli pepper (deseeded)

  • 1/4 cup grated ginger

  • 2 tbsp grated horseradish

  • 2 tbsp grated turmeric root

Method:

  • Blend the ingredients. Strain and pour the liquid into a glass bottle

    For colds and flu, take a tablespoon every couple of hours. To boost your immune system, take 1-2 tablespoons every day.

  • Tastes very pleasant diluted with water
