Thai Slaw
Tasty and warming salad for the winter when cabbages are in season.

Ingredients:
3 cup cabbage, shredded finely on a mandolin or with a sharp knife
3 tbsp sesame seeds
small bunch of fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 tbsp oil - either olive, hemp, flax or sesame
1 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2-1 tsp of finely chopped fresh chilli
Method:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl
Mix well and season to taste
