2 cup gynostemma or chaga tea (warm water will do at a pinch)
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia seed oil (optional)
Low glycemic sweetener of your choice - stevia liquid, coconut nectar or yacon syrup
