Goji berries are high in vitamins and anti oxidants.

Preparation time: 2-3 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup gynostemma or chaga tea (warm water will do at a pinch)

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp chia seed oil (optional)

  • Low glycemic sweetener of your choice - stevia liquid, coconut nectar or yacon syrup
