Ginger Biscuits

Serve at a tea party or take on the road.
Preparation time: 5-10 mins
Serves: Makes 12 biscuits
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds, soaked and rinsed (dehydrated if you have a dehydrator)
1 1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp clove powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
Method:
Grind the almonds and coconut flakes to a powder in a high powder blender. Grind the palm sugar into a powder
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until combined into a dough
From a ball and press out by hand onto a clean surface to about 1/4"thick
Cut into shapes with cookie cutter (or roll into balls) and put in the fridge for at least an hour
