Chaga mushrooms promote the formation of beneficial cytokines, specialised proteins that regulate the immune system,
essential for fighting off harmful bacteria and viruses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chaga mushroom powder

  • 1 tsp maca

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or hulled hemp seeds or cashews

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder

  • pinch cinnamon

  • 1 cup warm water or gynostemma or chaga tea

  • Sweetener of choice - stevia, yacon syrup, coconut nectar, xylitol
