Rhubarb is packed with minerals, vitamins, organic compounds, and other nutrients that make it ideal for keeping our bodies healthy.

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw rhubarb

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1/4 cup goji berries

  • 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp minced fresh mint

  • 1 cup water

Method:

  • Blend the ingredients

  • For more bang for your buck add 1 tbsp sea buckthorn juice or oil, or camu camu powder
