Chia Seed Porridge

Made in seconds, this will sustain your energy throughout the morning.

Chia seeds contain omega-3, antioxidants, minerals, are digestible and balance blood sugar.

Preparation time: 3-5 mins

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • Soak 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds and 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds in a ramekin dish

  • Soak 1 tbsp of goji berries in another ramekin dish

  • Soak 1/3 cup of chia seeds in 1 cup water in a breakfast size bowl

Method:

  • In the morning drain the pumpkin and sunflower seeds and add to the chia seeds

  • Add the goji berries and soak water

  • Sprinkle with your favourite superfoods:

  • raw cacao nibs

  • coconut chips

  • bee pollen
